Proposal For an Employee Evaluation and Reward System at a Selected Company

The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of workers, their stimulation and motivation of employees to work more efficiently. The content and the semantic content of the remuneration, motivation and stimulation is described in the theoretical part. Theoretical knowledge was used to evaluate the current system of remuneration of workers´ remuneration in a business department of a selected company. Based on assessment of the current state of the remuneration system, there have been identified its shortcomings and mistakes, and subsequently recommended procedures for their solutions.
Czech National Award for Quality

This bachelor thesis deals with the subject of the Czech National Quality Award. It introduces the nature of the award and its influence on the organizations. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first section examines the factual information concerning the Czech National Quality Award. It describes its history from the beginnings to these days. The second part provides the reflection on the impact of the Award on the winning organization, on its employees, and its position in the Czech and international markets.
Reduction residential property prices as a result of defects or faults assessed construction

This thesis has the task to bring us to the issue of the valuation of the house loaded defect perimeter walls. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical information in the issue of property valuation. The second chapter deals with possible defects and faults of real estate. The third chapter is to approach the issue of property damage. The fourth chapter provides a survey of real estate and the last, fifth, chapter focuses on a case study of the valuation of the house with impaired peripheral walls and the suggestion of possible ways how to reduce the value of the property as a result of the defect.
Rewarding of Employees and its Impact on Stimulation and Motivation at a Particular Company

The Bachelor thesis deals with problems of remuneration and its relationship to motivation and stimulation of employees. Theoretical knowledge are targeted to describe characteristic of remuneration in general, define systems of remuneration itself and also particular payroll forms. Attention is paid mainly to individual forms of remuneration acting as a stimulation means for employee, which are useful for an effective employee motivation in the company. In the practical part, obtained data are used for evaluating the existing system of remuneration and for evaluating used incentives of this system in concrete company. The bachelor thesis also pays attention to detected deficits and to suggestions of such rewards, which will motivate employees to perform tasks now assigned.
Czech National Award for Quality

This bachelor‘s thesis is written in the form of literature search. The aim of the bachelor‘s thesis is familiar with the concept of the „Czech National Award for Quality“ and the impact it has on organizations and on society itself. The thesis is divided into several parts, the first is dealing with the actual development of the Czech National Award for Quality to approach the concept of quality. Further are described main features, system of functioning award and institutional arrangements. In the last chapter various models are discussed for both the business and the public sector. In conclusion the influence of Award in the Czech Republic is evaluated.
Employee Remuneration at LIKO SADEK, Ltd and its Effect on Motivation

The theses deals with remuneration system in selected business with accent of possible resources of employees benefit rendition for supporting increase of motivation, productivity of labour and employees satisfaction. The first part of the theses is focused on explanation of basic concepts in remuneration area. In the second part the current system of renumeration is evaluated based on made analysis. The attention of the analysis was centred on benefits provided to employees. Based on detected facts it was then followed by examination of benefits suitability as motivational and employee satisfaction tool. Action plan suggestion with emphasis on employees benefits was made from the analysis results which should improve the current renumeration system.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of evaluation and remuneration employees. Defines the basic concepts necessary for the understanding of the issues. Describes the options and forms of remuneration employees. The text of the bachelor thesis devotes its attention also to the analysis of the remuneration and evaluation of employees in this concrete company, carried out by means of questionnaires. In accordance with the carried out analysis identifies the deficiencies of current remuneration. On the basis of these shortcomings are proposed meansures to improve the existing system of remuneration of the concrete company.

„GENTLEMEN, PLEASE, TAKE OFF YOUR HATS“ – Methods of dating and interpretation of photographies from years 1850-1918 through historical mens fashion is compacted material for professional description of historical photographic material from noblemens collection funds based on basic knowledge of mens and partially child fashion, and related clothing accessories. In its entirety it brings a large amount of knowledge from history of the then mens fashion, which was after the downfall of the Austro-Hungarian empire overlooked or presented only in narrowly specialized sections, e.g. in the military section. A large part of this publication is based not only on the knowledge of description of mens clothing, but mainly of headwear. It is this clothing accessory that is pivotal to the observed era, and with a closer look, it can help accurately date and describe people captured on historical photographs. It is primarily meant for the specialized staff of memory institutions of Czech Republic, who deal with these given issues. At the same though, it can allow curators and owners of historical funds a way to describe collections of exhibits that are kept in their collection funds.
